Plus Attachments


A Plus Attachments is a module for the administrators or the designers of the processes in the Plus Workflow. It is used to add attachments to a dynamic table in the business task form within the Plus Workflow.


The Plus Attachments module is functionality for the management of documents from the level of a task form, within the business processes reflected in the Plus Workflow. It provides the users with the possibility to attach, detach, or display a file in a dynamic table of a task form. The user may attach one or several documents in a table row and paste a graphic file. The administrator or the process designer may also configure the plugin and place it in selected tasks realized within the system.

The Plus Attachments may be used in multiple processes realized within the Plus Workflow system. An example of use may be the addition of subsequent versions of reviewed contracts in the contract reviewing process, the completion of documents in the employees’ files, and others.


To use the plugin, a user selects the ‘Add attachment‘ button. After adding a document, the selected and earlier configured data, e.g., ID, name, description, class, date of attaching, is saved as a new row in a table. The Plus Attachments module has multiple uses, one of which is the preview of documents in the task table.
