Plus Task Manager

The Plus Task Manager module is an extension of the Plus Workflow system that allows system administrators to change users assigned to the specific tasks.

The Plus Task Manager is a module that allows users to reassign tasks from one user to another. With the usage of this module, system administrators and authorized users gain independence in the change of the users performing the tasks. It enables faster reaction and elimination of downtime if the task and a document are sent mistakenly, for instance, to an absent employee.


Task selection, which a user change is necessary, takes place from the level of the Search for tab. After finding the indicated tasks, the system enables the administrator to change users. Selection of this action will result in running the wizard of a Task user change.

The task is sent simultaneously  to the mailbox of many people (e.g., those with the same role).  It will be assigned to the first person who opens such a task. If the administrator decides to change the user, the task will be again sent to the inboxes of the users with a specific role (with the exclusion of the earlier assigned user).
