The Plus Calendar module available in the Plus Workflow significantly facilitates the users’ work. After the installation, an additional button – Calendar, will be visible in the main menu. The user may display the calendar by month, week, or day. The first version allows displaying the user’s calendar from the main dashboard level. The calendar presents non-working days and holidays according to the Polish standards. In the system, there is also a possibility of marking the planned vacation. The second version allows the user to display all tasks in a given period and start new ones directly from the Calendar view. Depending on the task stage, the colors of the calendar may be configured and changed. This functionality helps in the verification of already completed tasks.

Plus Calendar module is an additional functionality of the Plus Workflow system. The solution is available in two versions. The first version enables displaying the tasks on the calendar in the system, whereas the second offers an additional option of launching them from the calendar view.
Characteristics
After installation and configuration of the Plus Calendar module, it will be visible in the main menu, under the Calendar button.
Moreover, after additional configuration, the user may see the days of the current month and all the defined tasks from this period, divided into two categories – completed and during implementation.
License characteristics of the plug-in:
- Licensing form – the number of users depends on the Plus Workflow license version,
- The component designed for the server version of the Plus Workflow,
- The component is available with the Plus Workflow system license from version 3.2.
