The Plus DocPreview is an extension of the Plus Workflow system which enables users to preview a selected document without the necessity to open the task form - easily and quickly.

The Plus DocPreview  is an extension of the Plus Workflow system with new functionality, thanks to which the user can easily and quickly get a preview of a certain document, using views that present their processes or tasks. Thanks to the functionality, the user gains access to the preview of documents without having to enter the task completion form – it improves the ergonomics of work and reduces the time spent on searching and analyzing information contained in documents.

The functionality of quick document preview can be used both for current work with documents and for controlling process parameters and audit activities.

Characteristics

The functions of the Plus DocPreview module include:

  • Ability to preview documents directly from the view presenting the user’s tasks in a specific process;
  • Possibility to preview documents directly from the view presenting the history of processes;
  • Ability to preview documents directly from the view with the bulk approval option enabled.

The possibility to define in which view the document preview will be available from the level of the Search option by the system administrator and users who have access to this option.

 

License characteristics of the plug-in:

  • License – for the server, unlimited number of users, processes, and documents,
  • The component is designed for the Plus Workflow system,
